Role OverviewAs a Member Service Representative at Horizon Credit Union, you will be responsible for ensuring each interaction creates a positive member experience while providing relevant solutions to improve the financial and personal well-being of the member. You will work in-person in Missoula, MT, and will be required to maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, policies, digital banking, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include verifying cash transactions, processing loan payments, maintaining basic accounts, and completing IRA/HSA transactions. You will also be responsible for conducting outbound calling efforts to promote credit union products and services, and for building member relationships through need-based conversations.
