Role OverviewThe Member Service Representative will have a split schedule between NCI Shady Grove and Fisher's Lane branch, floating to other branches as needed. They will be responsible for delivering excellent member service, answering questions, and representing the credit union in a courteous and professional manner.
What You Will Do
The Member Service Representative will perform a broad range of duties, including answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving member issues. They will also be responsible for promoting and cross-selling credit union products and services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum twelve (12) months financial institution experience
- At least two (2) years of outside sales and business development experience
- Previous teller or cash handling experience preferred
- Minimum six (6) months experience in lending function involving loan processing and origination preferred
- Ability to function in a financial institution environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Word/Windows
- Attention to detail and accuracy
