Member Service Representative

Requirements

• One year of cash handling and customer service experience
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Experience using bank software programs
• Flexibility to learn and grow with new systems and processes
• Ability to accurately process monetary transactions and maintain cash drawer balance
• Excellent customer service skills in person, on the phone, and by email
• Ability to work as an integral team player
• Punctuality and dependability
