Job Description
The Member Service Representative will provide excellent customer service to members and prospects, contribute to team effort, and engage members to build sustainable relationships of trust.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience and or education
  • Ability to stand for periods of time, give prospective members tours, answer telephones, and type member information into the computer
  • Previous customer service, sales, or related experience
  • Basic knowledge of computers
