Role OverviewThe Member Service Representative (Teller) is responsible for building personal connections with new and existing members of the credit union, assisting with inquiries, and representing the MAC FCU brand.
What You Will Do
Professionally initiate contact with members, manage information transfer, maintain knowledge of member-facing departments, and assist with transactions and services.

Requirements
- One (1) year to three (3) years of similar or related customer service experience
- A high school education or GED
- Basic math skills, correct spelling, and a foundational understanding of computers
- Clear and effective verbal communication
- Discretion and confidentiality, both internally and externally
