Member Services Advisor III processes financial transactions, provides exceptional member service, and maintains thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of cash handling experience
  • One year of sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Six months or more experience with Bellco or in financial services preferred
  • Lending experience preferred
  • Ability to interact with others in a positive manner
  • Ability to perform all teller duties
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data
  • Ability to identify needs and sell appropriate products and services
  • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
