Job Description
Provide high-level customer service to members, guests, and prospects, including membership information, enrollment procedures, customer satisfaction, and membership recruitment and retention. Promote and sell memberships and ancillary services, schedule appointments, and manage cash drawer.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year certificate from college or technical school
  • Minimum 6 months of related experience or training
  • 2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills
  • CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor
