Job Description
The Member Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, creating a positive member experience and ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment. This role involves greeting and engaging with members, addressing inquiries, conducting facility tours, resolving issues, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
  • Must be able to Lift, pull, push a minimum of 25lbs
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions
  • Satisfactory background check
