As a Member Services Lead, you will help guide and support our growing front desk and member services experience, creating a new hospitality ethos centered around personalized service, luxury-level member interactions, community, and connection.

Requirements

  • Background in hospitality, customer service, boutique fitness, hotels, restaurants, country clubs, guest relations, or luxury experiences
  • Understands how important first impressions and personal connections truly are
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word
