Job Description
The Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. The role involves greeting and engaging with members, addressing inquiries, conducting facility tours, resolving issues, and ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment.

Requirements

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all front desk-related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and taking prospective members on tours of the facility.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the club.
  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Must be able to Lift, pull, push a minimum of 25lbs.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
