Job Description
Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. The role involves greeting and engaging with members, addressing inquiries, conducting facility tours, resolving issues, and ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Must be able to Lift, pull, push a minimum of 25lbs.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
  • Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
  • Satisfactory background check.
