Job Description
The Member Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. The representative will work independently to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Greet members and guests with exceptional customer service
  • Handle front desk activities, including answering phones and checking members into the system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to management
