Job Description
As a Member Services Representative, you will provide prompt and efficient service to our members, represent the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner, and develop good relationships with PSFCU vendors. You will also be responsible for handling member mail and incoming documentation, attending community events, and performing routine transactions such as opening/closing accounts and processing loans.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • 1 year of experience as a Teller
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of computer software programs
  • Ability to cross sell products
  • Fluency in spoken and written Polish and English
