Job Description
The Member Services Representative (MSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Requirements

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all front desk-related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating updates to members' accounts.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the club.
  • Work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Lift, pull, push a minimum of 25lbs, and occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
