Job Description
The Member Services Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, and ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment. The representative will work independently to address issues and uphold Planet Fitness standards.

Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Must be able to Lift, pull, push a minimum of 25lbs.
  • Upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
  • Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
  • Satisfactory background check.
