Job Description
The Member Services Representative is responsible for creating a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role involves greeting and engaging with members, addressing inquiries, conducting facility tours, resolving issues, and ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment during AM, PM, or Overnight shifts.

Requirements

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service
  • Handle all front desk-related activities
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the club
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floor
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to management
  • Follow the 'Lost and Found Policy' and turn in lost member property to management immediately
