Role Overview

The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing comprehensive member services, including processing transactions, handling member issues, and maintaining a high level of knowledge of Harvard FCU accounts and services.

What You Will Do

The role involves processing transactions, handling member issues, and maintaining a high level of knowledge of Harvard FCU accounts and services. The representative will also be responsible for resolving problems, maintaining quality member service, and increasing sales of Harvard FCU products and services through referrals.
