Job Description
Member Services Specialist 1, Billing is a full-time role that involves reviewing contract billing events, tracking pending issues, and managing the SFDC Case Management System. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience, an associate's degree, and advanced MS Office skills.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years relevant professional level work experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills required
  • Ability to work in multiple accounting software systems such as Salesforce and Sage Intacct
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommendations
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to work 8:30 AM - 5 PM PST
