Member Services Specialist

The Member Services Specialist position at Austin Telco Federal Credit Union involves providing accurate, courteous, and prompt service to members through multichannel support, including phone, email, secure messaging, in-person interactions, and other digital communications. The role requires opening and updating accounts for members, ensuring all products, services, fees, and qualifications are disclosed. The Specialist will also provide thorough knowledge and daily assistance in complex account handling, including personal, business, IRA, Trust, and Estate accounts.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Member Services Specialist include providing accurate, courteous, and prompt service to members, opening and updating accounts, providing thorough knowledge and daily assistance in complex account handling, and answering member and staff questions regarding accounts, products, and services.

Requirements

Benefits

• Salary Range: $46,000-$52,000
