Job Description
Member Value Personal Banker contributes to the success of the branch by identifying and executing on ways to deepen and grow member relationships with FourLeaf through proactive effort. The Member Value Personal Banker has a revenue producing role which has a variable pay component tied to goal attainment. Monday to Saturday availability required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of demonstrated sales and service success
  • NYS Notary Public License
  • NMLS License
  • PC, Windows, and Internet proficient
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals, detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management
