Job Description
The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
  • Complete Concierge Certification upon hire
  • Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Commitment to serve others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Passion for living a healthy way of life
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have good verbal communication
  • Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
