Role OverviewMembership Consultants are the primary evangelists of ArchWell Health, growing our patient base in the communities we serve. They combine traditional sales skillsets with community engagement, problem solving, and organizational skills in a truly rewarding, multi-channel growth role.
What You Will Do
Drives new patient enrollment, meets with seniors and groups, plans and executes local events, cultivates relationships with health plan agents and community providers, and leverages sales & marketing tools.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior experience in Medicare Advantage sales or working with seniors is helpful, but not required. We are a new breed of healthcare provider open to great sales talent from many walks of life.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 1 year of Sales or Community Relations experience
- Valid drivers' license
