Requirements

  • Minimum of 16 years of age
  • YMCA experience in member services, program, or a related field
  • Basic software program proficiency and phone system usage
  • Math skills for managing money and accounting procedures
  • Business professional communication skills
  • CPR/First Aid/AED/O2/CAP certification within 60 days
  • Completion of required trainings and background checks
