The Membership Outreach Analyst Intern will support efforts to enhance the ARM Institute's Consortium Relationship Management processes, with a strong focus on data quality and member engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in both data and client-facing work, and who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Support Salesforce database cleanup efforts
  • Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into member engagement and outreach efforts
  • Conduct outreach to ARM members via email and phone to validate information, gather updates, and support engagement initiatives
  • Assist in preparing for the launch of the updated ARM Member Community
  • Explore and support the implementation of AI tools to improve data management and database efficiency
