Role OverviewThe Membership Sales Advisor will be responsible for selling memberships, upgrading existing memberships, and providing excellent customer service to prospective and existing members. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, and assisting with various projects as delegated by club management.
What You Will Do
The Membership Sales Advisor will perform a variety of tasks, including selling memberships, upgrading existing memberships, providing tours and trial memberships, and giving tours and demonstrations of equipment and facilities. They will also be responsible for generating contacts, booking appointments, and following up with prospects and guests.
