Role OverviewWe are looking for a positive, confident, and results-oriented team member to join our member service team at our upscale sauna studio in NYC. As the expert on all of the studio's services, amenities, and programs, you'll be responsible for building lasting relationships with prospective and current members, ensuring they're maximizing their Perspire experience.
What You Will Do
Sell memberships, packages, and retail products with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere to reach monthly sales goals, promote the benefits of infrared saunas, contrast therapy, red light therapy, and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership, and engage with new guests on a personal level while administering tours of the studio.

- Prior experience in sales and in proactive outreach to leads
