Job Description
Memory Care Activity Assistant leads planned activity programs and assists in achieving resident engagement that fulfills wellness dimensions.

Requirements

  • Lead planned activity programs
  • Assist residents to and from the dining/activity room
  • Maintain an accurate pantry list
  • Orchestrate and lead therapeutic activities of interest
  • Make room visits to develop genuine relationships and identify resident preferences
  • Motivate residents to participate in daily planned activities
