Role OverviewThe Memory Care Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and daily care and services to residents in order to enhance their independence and quality of life. This role is part of the Memory Care team at Oakmont of San Jose, a senior living community that provides exceptional quality, comfort, and care to its residents.
What You Will Do
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), respond to residents' needs promptly, maintain a safe and secure environment, and encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests
