The Memory Care Director manages and implements the programs, philosophies and standards for the Memory Care Center at Beech Grove Meadows. The role involves strong clinical and human services knowledge, training, interpersonal communication, supportive presence, collaboration, and teamwork.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in social work or in a human services field
Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence
Previous social services experience preferred
