Role OverviewThe Life Enrichment Lead is responsible for planning life enrichment activities that are beneficial and complimentary to the social welfare and interests of the residents of a senior living community.
What You Will Do
Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars, assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction, planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills, and support transportation by attending outings.

Requirements
- Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours
- Compassionate towards the senior population
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team
- Proficient in general computer skills
