Job Description
The Case Manager will provide 1:1 case management to residents and support day-to-day operations of the Emergency and Enhanced Shelters. The ideal candidate will desire a challenging, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment.

Requirements

  • Responsible for an assigned caseload, assessing resident needs, setting goals, and providing accountability
  • Plan and provide supervision for group case management activities
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation regarding client goals and progress
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with local social service providers
  • Oversee, encourage, and train volunteers and interns as needed
