Job Description
Join Dungarvin as a Mental Health Coordinator II (MHC II) to provide leadership, coordination, and direct support in a residential setting. You will work with individuals with significant behavioral and mental health needs, partnering with supervisors and support teams to ensure consistent, person-centered services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Minimum of three years’ experience delivering behavioral health services
  • At least one year of lead staff experience in residential services, a two-year degree in a related field, or demonstrated leadership among peers in behavioral services
  • Experience supporting individuals with significant mental health symptoms
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and remain active for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
