What You Will Do
Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed or developing mental health professionals, support case review, treatment planning, documentation, and ethical decision-making, offer clear feedback that helps supervisees grow professionally, maintain supervision records according to applicable state requirements, and help promote quality supervision through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Active Alabama clinical license in good standing, eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or other approved independent clinical license, must be qualified or approved to provide supervision under Alabama board requirements, prior experience supervising counselors, therapists, or clinical social workers preferred.
