Role Overview

As a Mental Health Professional II - Outpatient, you will be responsible for providing supervised mental health services to patients and their families. You will perform assessments, psycho-education, process groups, treatment planning, discharge planning, and therapeutic counseling support through evidenced-based interventions in individual, family, and group therapy.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting individual, group, and family psycho-educational and process groups, developing treatment plans, assessing environment and patient's safety status, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
  • Currently registered as a Licensed Master in Social Work (LMSW) in the state(s) of practice
  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
  • Crisis Prevention Institute
