Job Description
Role Overview

Provide therapy to youth and families in their homes, using the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model. Empower families to address challenging behavior and help youth make life-transforming changes. Ongoing training in MST will be provided.

What You Will Do

Provide direct clinical treatment, conduct assessments, engage primary caregivers, and dedicate time to case planning and evaluation. Work with a diverse community of clients and receive regular training and support.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area
  • Professional licensure as LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW under clinical supervision, or full licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW preferred
  • OR Bachelor's degree in social services with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in services for families and/or youth
  • At least 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field
  • Experience in serving families in community-based programs
  • Ability and willingness to work with families in their own homes
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong clinical skills
  • Ability to adapt and individualize program interventions to utilize family strengths and skills
  • Skill in handling multiple tasks and meeting multiple deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clear result from a criminal background check
  • Must live within one-hour travel time from the designated service area
  • Clear drug screen results from the organization's designated medical facility
