Role OverviewThe Mental Health Professional is a member of a multidisciplinary team responsible for providing mental health treatment services and assisting individuals achieve optimal functioning through therapeutic services. The role involves working with employees to implement individual and group programming, providing responsible care, and operating the location while on duty.
What You Will Do
Provide mental health treatment services, develop and implement program plans, perform clinical assessments, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly records. Communicate with team members, families, and agencies, and provide crisis management and intervention.

Requirements
- Licensure (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAPC) or a graduate mental health degree and at least one year of experience in the behavioral health delivery system
