The Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist provides direct community support and case management services to assigned members using Psychiatric Rehabilitation principles, Recovery Philosophy, and Evidence-Based practices.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or Social Services
  • Two years of experience providing direct services in Mental Health
  • Valid and current driver's license
  • Personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
  • Willingness to use personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
  • Willingness to use company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups
  • Willingness to use personal vehicle to attend meetings
