Job Description
Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill Mental Health Technician positions at Haven, a residential program for girls in Conway, AR. Mental Health Technicians provide direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support to adolescent girls ages 12-18 residing in a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP).
Requirements
Provide 24-7 supervision
Assist with daily living skills, routines, cooking, and personal hygiene
Support implementation of individualized treatment plans
Assist with de-escalation of crisis situations using trauma-informed responses
Transporting clients to appointments, school, activities, etc.
Attend weekly staff meetings
Daily/nightly shift reports
