Job Description
Boys Town National Research Hospital is seeking a Mental Health Technician to help guide, support, and mentor youth in a safe and structured environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping youth thrive and have a proven ability to demonstrate tolerance under adverse conditions.

Requirements

  • Supervising and ensuring the safety of youth in a residential setting
  • Teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors using the Boys Town model
  • Providing documentation and feedback on youth progress
  • Participating in group activities and therapeutic routines
  • Supporting youth in crisis and maintaining a professional, calm presence
  • Other duties as required and assigned by a supervisor
