Job Description

Organizing and conducting patient group activities, transport of patients to off-site appointments, and participating in appropriate interventions.

Requirements

  • Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English
  • High school diploma or a certificate of high school equivalence
  • Valid driver's license for positions that require operation of motor vehicle
  • STNA certification &/or listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry for positions at Veteran Services
