The Expanded Community Services (ECS) Program is a collaborative team dedicated to supporting adults with complex behavioral health needs living in Adult Family Homes (AFHs) throughout Pierce County.
What You Will Do
Provide person-centered counseling, advocacy, and case management for patients, develop treatment plans, meet agency documentation standards, and meet authorization requirements of contracts.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Washington State Counselor Agency Affiliated Registered (ACCR) credential must be applied for within thirty (30) days of hire
- Previous experience providing mental health counseling services preferred
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and acceptable driving record in compliance with agency vehicle-use requirements
