Role OverviewBe Well Counseling is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an LAC or LSW with a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. The therapist will work with a diverse caseload, including children under 14, couples, and families.
What You Will Do
Provide individual, couples, family, and child therapy, complete intake assessments, clinical evaluations, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning, and establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Requirements
- Master's degree (or greater) in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active New Jersey LAC or LSW license
- Comfortable and willing to provide therapy to children under 14, couples, and families
- Ability to maintain a minimum of 10 client sessions per week
- Reliable computer, webcam, high-speed internet, and private space for telehealth sessions
