Role OverviewGaudenzia is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join their team. The successful candidate will work with people from diverse backgrounds, treating them with dignity, compassion, and respect. The role involves evaluating, treating, and diagnosing clients with mental health disorders or dual diagnoses.
What You Will Do
The Mental Health Therapist will schedule or assist with scheduling clinical and support staff, continue special training, keep records, and be a role model for pro-social behaviors. They will also be responsible for a full client caseload, act as a lead counselor, and support adherence to Gaudenzia's Code of Ethics and personnel policies.

Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Independent license to practice (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LGADC, LGPC, LCADC, LCPC, LMSW)
- At least 5 years' experience working in an outpatient or acute care Behavioral Health treatment setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of working with Criminal Justice involved and/or homeless populations
