Role OverviewWe are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Vineland, NJ. As a Therapist, you will help guide children to their fullest potential while in the comfort of their homes, conduct child and family therapy sessions, and support the development and implementation of service plans.
What You Will Do
Conduct child and family therapy sessions face to face, support the development and implementation of service plans, compose treatment plans, and encourage engagement in various therapies.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in human services field
- Licensed - New Jersey Issued LSW, LCSW, LAC or LPC
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills with a focus on empathy and guidance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, responsible, solution-focused attitude and a compassionate approach to whole health care
