Role OverviewHealing Springs Wellness Center is seeking a licensed mental health therapist for a hybrid role providing individual therapy, groups, workshops, and community outreach. The role includes both in-person and telehealth services.
What You Will Do
Provide high-quality, trauma-informed therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Connecticut license in good standing: LCSW and LPC required
- LMSW and LPCA are considered with a supervision agreement
- Fully licensed clinicians: minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Masters-level clinicians: minimum 1-year clinical experience
- Strong foundation in trauma-informed care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
- Reliable internet connection for telehealth
