Job Description
Vista Del Mar is an inpatient psychiatric hospital serving Ventura and the surrounding areas. Mental Health Workers provide direct care to clients in the form of greeting and orienting new clients, crisis de-escalation and intervention, and assisting clients with completing treatment related activities and daily life tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or GED required.
  • COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
  • Ability to work in person, on site.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • CPR & CPI ( non-violent crisis intervention) certifications must be received within the first 30 days of hire
