Role Overview

The MEP Coordinator will support complex MEP systems across the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through commissioning. This is a high-impact role that requires a planner, problem-solver with field experience and a passion for systems coordination.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include supporting project planning and preconstruction, reviewing MEP drawings and specifications, leading or supporting multi-trade coordination, and managing field installation activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
  • 10-15 years of MEP experience in commercial or industrial construction, with projects up to $40M+
  • Hands-on installation experience with systems such as HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, medical gases, integrated controls, and specialty systems
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC, lighting, alarms, plumbing, medical equipment, controls, and integrated technology systems
  • Leadership skills: Ability to coordinate across trades, communicate effectively, and keep complex systems aligned with the overall project vision
