Job Description
TW Constructors is seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for hyperscale data center projects across the country.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study
  • 5+ years of experience managing MEP systems for large-scale construction projects
  • Direct experience delivering hyperscale or mission-critical data centers as a general contractor strongly preferred
  • Proven expertise in electrical and mechanical systems for data centers, including power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling systems, and controls
  • Experience managing multi-trade MEP teams on fast-paced, technically complex projects
  • Strong understanding of BIM/VDC coordination, commissioning processes, and system turnover
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and engineering drawings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to interface confidently with owners and executive stakeholders
