MEP Project Manager I

The MEP Project Manager I oversees one to five smaller sized and less complex projects, assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and ensuring project execution, quality, client satisfaction, and determining and acquiring the internal resources needed. The role involves collaborating with project members, assigning tasks, establishing schedules, instructing team members, and critiquing efforts within the project team. The MEP Project Manager I is responsible for the overall supervision of projects, ensuring they conform to the contractual agreement with the client.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities of the MEP Project Manager I include: assisting with the contractual agreement with the client for review and signature by NV5 staff, assisting in the development of tasks to define project work scope, budgets, and schedules, responsible for the accuracy and quality of all technical work, monitoring project tasks to maintain budget, schedule, and scope of work, requesting and obtaining approval of additional services before performing services beyond the scope of work, and preparing periodic status reports to be issued to the client and/or for use by a senior Project Manager.
