Role OverviewTurner & Townsend seeks an experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service.
What You Will Do
Manage stakeholders, analyze and track critical milestone activities, verify project governance, and ensure the application of best practice on all projects.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering background with strong Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP knowledge and experience, and be consultant-minded with experience with Owner’s Representation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools
- Strong communication skills
- Proven post graduate Mechanical or MEP engineering experience, encompassing both design and site experience
- Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience
- Project Management (or PMP), Engineering or a related field
